What tasks await you?
- Manage and track the maintenance services provided by the maintenance provider for warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Performing regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Recording equipment usage, movements, and availability in inventory systems
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with internal teams or external service providers
- Supporting stock control processes and assisting with equipment audits
- Ensuring proper labeling, storage, and organization of all equipment
- Reporting damaged or missing items and helping to investigate discrepancies
- Assisting warehouse operations with the timely provision of required equipment
You are the perfect candidate if you:
· Have a vocational qualification, associate degree, or higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
· work accurately and take responsibility for your tasks
· are able to track and manage equipment and inventory efficiently
· can work independently as well as in a team
· are open to using administrative systems (e.g., inventory or warehouse management software)
· Communicate fluently in both English and Hungarian.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
· previous experience in warehouse operations or equipment management
· basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS)
· technical understanding of tools and equipment used in warehouse environments
· experience in equipment tracking, asset control, or stock management
· Communicate fluently in both English and Hungarian.
