What tasks await you?

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.
• Track inventory-related costs and prepare regular reports.
• Support stocktaking and cycle count activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
• Maintain inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and reduce costs.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have a vocational qualification, associate degree, or a related field.
• Have experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, or logistics administration.
• Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with inventory and operational data.
• Are comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Have good communication and teamwork skills and can effectively collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams.
• Are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Have at least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a similar role.

• Are a native Hungarian speaker with a good command of English.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
• Experience working with ERP or cost management systems.
• Basic English language skills.
