What tasks await you?

• Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel;

• Assess training needs and create customized training materials to meet operational goals;
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops;
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed;
• Collaborate with warehouse management to identify areas for improvement;
• Implement strategies to enhance overall warehouse performance;
• Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You are the perfect candidate if:

• Training Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs;
• Communication: Excellent language skills in Hungarian;
• Ownership: Strong ownership and team management abilities;
• Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse best practices.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics;
• Communication: Confident language skills in English;
• Flexibility: Openness to work in shifts.
