Your tasks will be:
•    Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel,
•    Assess training needs and create customized training materials to meet operational goals,
•    Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops,
•    Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed,
•    Collaborate with warehouse management to identify areas for improvement,
•    Implement strategies to enhance overall warehouse performance,
•    Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What we expect from you:
•    Training Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs,
•    Communication: Excellent language skills in Hungarian,
•    Ownership: Strong ownership and team management abilities,
•    Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
