What tasks await you?

  • Checking the consistency of incoming goods, including checking physical products, quantities, batches, labels and documents, and packaging. Proper physical and systemic handling of any exceptions;
  • Moving goods (semi-finished goods, raw materials, packaging materials and other warehouse materials) safely from one designated area to another, including distribution. Handling operations in various areas;
  • Selecting and picking up physical goods, unpacking and packing goods, placing goods on shelves and taking them off shelves. Sorting, labelling, 5-S implementation, document and record control, tracking and RTV / slow moving materials handling;
  • Coordinate and implement internal pre- and international trade control processes, - including information sharing and physical goods processes such as tracking, special case management - to ensure trade control requirements are met;
  • Provide feedback information required in the OL product search declaration (e.g. PN/box number/box PI/weight and net weight, etc.) to ensure that the information feedback is accurate;
  • Ensure security and inventory of goods and inventory data in the warehouse area.

 

You are the perfect candidate if:

  • Vocational secondary education or equivalent experience in logistics department;
  • Understanding of warehouse management, inventory management and materials planning and management;
  • Ability to communicate with other internal departments and external companies;
  • English language skills;
  • Ability to work in Debrecen.
