What tasks await you?

  • Coordinate warehouse safety activities and deliver safety trainings to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements;
  • Responsible for safety inspection and management of factory and warehouse areas, including the safety management of personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and working environments. Responsible for the on-site management, routine inspection, troubleshooting, emergency repair, and preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment, including automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), AGVs, and other automation systems.
  • Implement and promote safety rules and regulations, investigate and rectify safety hazards, conduct special safety inspections, and provide safety training.                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  • Assist the EHS Manager and Warehouse Manager in developing safety work plans and emergency response plans.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Organize or participate in internal safety inspections and support external safety audits, including government inspections, customer audits, and third-party audits.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  • Develop corrective actions for identified safety hazards, track and improve the rectification process to ensure effective closure, and prepare safety inspection reports and improvement recommendations.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
  • Assist Equipment Engineers in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment stability, reliability, and operational efficiency.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities and performance of equipment maintenance service providers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Complete other special projects and tasks assigned by management.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • You have relevant EHS/occupational safety experience;
  • You are confident working in a factory and warehouse environment;
  • You have strong problem-solving and communication skills;
  • You are precise, independent, and responsible;
  • You have a technical mindset and are open to learning about automated systems;
  • You are committed to safe working practices and continuous improvement.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • A degree or qualification in EHS/occupational safety or engineering;
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment;
  • Knowledge of automated warehouse systems;
  • Experience with audits and occupational safety inspections;
  • Proficiency in English.
