Your tasks will be:

• Checking and preparing documents relating to the movement of goods from stocks and warehouses, printing and storing documents. Performing accounting operations such as data recording, document management and archiving.
• Organising and carrying out tasks related to stock taking and inspection in collaboration with the Team Leader and the Warehouse Manager.
• Regularly
• Managing inventory discrepancies and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

What we expect from you:

• BSc or higher in a management field, for example: business administration.
• Understanding of warehouse management, inventory management and materials planning and management.
• Proven work experience in records management and warehouse management. Knowledge of Office (excel, word, etc..) applications. Knowledge of SAP, LES, MES, ERP and MRP systems.
• Good communication skills.
• English and Hungarian language skills.
• Ability to communicate with other internal departments and external companies.
• Ability to work in Debrecen.
