What tasks await you?

• Managing training materials, presentations, and learning management systems (LMS);
• Preparing training rooms, equipment, and digital tools for classroom and online sessions;
• Providing technical and administrative support during training sessions;
• Maintaining training equipment, documentation, and related records;
• Tracking employees’ knowledge levels, attendance, feedback, and training history;
• Supporting onboarding processes and internal qualification programs;
• In certain cases, delivering training courses and workshops;
• Supporting engineers in the preparation of training presentations;
• Assisting Quality Assurance teams in special cases.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have good English and Hungarian communication skills;
• Hold a relevant university or college degree;
• Are proactive, reliable, and willing to continuously develop your skills.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience with training coordination or LMS administration;
• Previous involvement in onboarding or internal training programs;
• Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment;
• Basic understanding of quality assurance processes;
• Confidence in delivering trainings or workshops.
