TPM Engineer
Your tasks will be:
- Design and execute a comprehensive TPM plan aligned with the company’s production goals, including timelines, resource allocation, and clear accountability for each task.
- Create a robust TPM evaluation system using key metrics such as equipment efficiency, failure rates, and maintenance costs. Set realistic improvement goals and monitor progress regularly.
- Organize and execute targeted equipment maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubrication, and tightening, based on diagnostic results. Ensure active on-site participation and effective implementation.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment, from procurement to disposal, including preventive maintenance to ensure reliable performance and extend the equipment’s lifespan.
- Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment efficiency. Regularly assess the impact of TPM activities on cost savings and operational performance.
- Establish a system for monitoring departmental KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
- Conduct internal training to boost employees’ TPM skills and awareness. Encourage participation in external programs to expand their knowledge and expertise.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering;
- 1-2 years of experience in TPM management, and possessing awareness of equipment and system integrity.;
- Working proficiency in Hungarian and English;
- Good communication skills, fast-learning ability; capable to work in a stressed situation; acknowledge company's value; team-work spirit.
