Supplier Quality Engineer

SQE Engineer

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Responsible for tracking supplier material quality improvement actions and monitoring performance;
•    Support chemical and mechanical material development in Europe (NCM, LPF, separator, aluminium stamping, and welding parts);
•    Develop and audit new suppliers, follow up on material trial runs, and ensure issue closures;
•    Liaise with Chinese SQEs and suppliers to resolve complex material quality issues.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (mechanical, chemical, automotive, materials, etc.);
•    Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), 8D, and quality data analysis (Minitab, JMP); Six Sigma and Lean are preferred;
•    Ability to resolve and review quality issues;
•    Fluent English and Chinese knowledge.
