What tasks await you?
- Ensuring continuous production in the field by organising human and mechanical resources and providing the necessary materials;
- Overall coordination and control of the shift;
- Carry out documentation processes related to production;
- Liaising with partner departments;
- Investigating and coordinating the resolution of production problems;
- Comply with and enforce work instructions and work safety rules;
- Reporting on the production and quality results achieved during the shift, escalating in case of non-compliance;
- Maintaining operating order (5S);
- Training and continuous development of new employees.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
- Secondary education;
- Relevant experience in a similar job;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing standards and 5S;
- Computer skills at user level;
- Ability to tolerate monotony and stress;
- Leadership competencies: decisive, independent decision making, excellent problem solving and communication skills, consistent, fast, accurate and responsible;
- Rule-following and proactive mindset;
- Native Hungarian;
- Ability to work multiple shifts;
- Ability to work in Debrecen;
- English language skills.
It's an advantage if you have the following:
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Experience in clean room/ESD production.
