What tasks await you?

• Ensure continuous production and monitor the proper operation of machinery;
• Manufacture products in the required quality and quantity, in accordance with current work instructions;
• Operate and supply machines as needed;
• Report technical issues to the responsible colleagues;
• Maintain cleanliness and order around machines and throughout the production environment, following 5S standards;
• In cleanroom environments, comply with hygiene regulations and ensure others do the same;
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety instructions;
• Accurately complete production documentation;
• Assist in training new team members.

You are the perfect candidate if:

• Secondary education (vocational, technical, or high school diploma);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive, food, or chemical industry);
• Familiarity with basic production standards and 5S principles;
• Basic computer skills;
• Strong team player;
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under pressure;
• Proactive and rule-abiding mindset;
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a multi-shift schedule;
• Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.

It's an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience in cleanroom or ESD-safe production environments;
• English language skills.
