Senior operator

Main Responsibilities:
•    Ensure continuous production and monitor the proper operation of machinery
•    Manufacture products in the required quality and quantity, in accordance with current work instructions
•    Operate and supply machines as needed
•    Report technical issues to the responsible colleagues
•    Maintain cleanliness and order around machines and throughout the production environment, following 5S standards
•    In cleanroom environments, comply with hygiene regulations and ensure others do the same
•    Adhere to all workplace health and safety instructions
•    Accurately complete production documentation
•    Assist in training new team members

Requirements:
•    Secondary education (vocational, technical, or high school diploma)
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive, food, or chemical industry)
•    Familiarity with basic production standards and 5S principles
•    Basic computer skills
•    Strong team player
•    Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under pressure
•    Proactive and rule-abiding mindset
•    Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a multi-shift schedule
•    Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen
