What tasks await you?

  • The whole process of new equipment scheme review (from layout to equipment installation), maintain FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and LOP (List of Problem) checklists and other documents to ensure that the new equipment meets the design requirements (reliability, maintainability, product safety/quality);
  • Promote the assembly, commissioning and capacity extension of the new production line according to the project plan to ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirements;
  • Support the program improvement of process capability, production efficiency, excellent rate, energy consumption and manufacturing cost of existing production line equipment;
  • Develop and review technical standards for equipment PLC programs and robot systems;
  • Review of critical equipment changes, providing on-site change control and technical support;
  • Prepare maintenance plans, determine frequencies, set schedule and coordinate execution; review the electrical AM and PM forms;
  • Confirm of critical electrical spare parts list and updates;
  • Coordinate relevant external vendors and suppliers;
  • Analise machine failures, identify causes, formulate corrective and preventive measures.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • Hold a degree in electrical engineering, automation, or another relevant field;
  • Have minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance of large-scale manufacturing equipment, with project management background;
  • Are familiar with automation technologies, including sensors, actuators, and displays;
  • Own hands-on experience with at least one type of automation equipment PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Omron/Schneider/other) for troubleshooting, programming, and optimization, as well as experience in programming and debugging at least one type of robot (ABB/KUKA/FANUC/other);
  • Have knowledge of equipment testing procedures;
  • Possess excellent knowledge of both English and Hungarian languages;
  • Are willing to participate in short-term training abroad and to work in Debrecen.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • CCD development and debugging capabilities.
