Recruitment Specialist
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and qualification criteria;
- Drafting job descriptions and creating job adverts for various platforms;
- Publishing job postings and developing and maintaining strong candidate network;
- Hosting and participating in job fairs and other recruitment events;
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates;
- Conducting initial phone interviews to create shortlists;
- Organizing and leading in-person interviews for a wide range of roles;
- Training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process, including communication and follow-ups;
- Coordinating the full recruitment cycle to ensure positions are filled effectively;
- Managing recruitment administration, record-keeping, and candidate databases;
- Preparing regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring plans.
You are the perfect candidate if you obtain:
- BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or in a similar role, including experience in blue-collar recruitment;
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook);
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, HR databases;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English;
- Good time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
- Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills;
- Working on-site in Debrecen.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- Experience in Learning and Development;
- Knowledge in SAP Success Factors, HCM.
