What tasks await you?

• Be responsible for rework inspections to ensure that abnormal materials do not flow to the customer;
• Conduct quality risk point inspections, provide problem feedback, and follow up on process issues;
• Input, check, and organize basic inspection data accurately;
• Prepare shift and daily quality reports, monitor non-conforming materials, and track improvement actions;
• Organize and manage the work of technicians during the shift, including scheduling and task allocation.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have experience in a production or quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment;

• Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills;

• Can take responsibility and lead a team effectively during shifts;

• Can communicate in English and Hungarian.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience in quality control or quality leadership roles in the automotive or battery industry;

• Familiarity with quality tools and standards (e.g., 8D, 5Why, ISO/TS standards);

• Knowledge of production processes and inspection methods.
