QRQC Facilitator

CATL is building its second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market even more efficiently and to develop its international production network.

Your tasks will be:

• Participation in QRQC (production) meetings and their coordination;
• Preparing data analyses and statistics for QRQC meetings, recording details and highlighting key points to be optimized them;
• Monitoring downtime of equipment and machines, collecting the problems which caused them to improve production efficiency;
• Checking and finalizing daily production reports;
• Follow up on the issues arising during meetings and participate in their resolution;
• Coordination of different departments in QRQC topics and escalating if necessary.

What we expect from you:

• BSc degree or High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience;
• At least 1 year experience in automobile manufacturing industry;
• Proven knowledge of lean production and data analysis;
• Familiar with analytical method of PDCA, 8D, etc.;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software;
• Fluent in Hungarian and English;
• Commitment to work in Debrecen.
