What tasks await you?

  • Ensuring continuous production during your shift by organizing human, machine, and material resources
  • Coordinating and supervising the entire shift
  • Handling production-related documentation
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Investigating production issues and organizing solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with work instructions and safety regulations
  • Preparing reports on production and quality results, escalating in case of non-conformities
  • Maintaining order on the shop floor (5S)
  • Training and continuously developing new team members

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • Speak English and Hungarian confidently
  • Have at least a secondary education degree
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production environment
  • Are familiar with basic production standards and the 5S system
  • Are confident in using computers
  • Work well in a team
  • Are persistent, able to tolerate monotony and stress
  • Are both rule-following and proactive in your mindset
  • Can work 12-hour shifts in a multi-shift schedule and perform standing work
  • Are open to on-site work in Debrecen

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • At least 1 year of shift leader experience in automotive, food, or chemical industry
  • Previous work experience in cleanroom or ESD environments
