Production Manger

Your tasks will be:
•    Responsible for the operation and management of several production areas
•    Management and coordination of production processes
•    Participation in the development of the company's production strategy and its development
•    Decision-making in production
•    Creation of a quantifiable and measurable system for performance monitoring
•    Coordination of internal and external resources (in the area of quality/delivery/cost/efficiency/safety)
•    Facilitating the business expansion and innovative development of the company through the development of the production model
•    Preparation of reports and KPIs for the production director
•    Coordinating subordinates, promoting teamwork and cooperation between areas
•    Introduction of AI technology into production

What we expect from you:
•    Degree in engineering, business, supply chain management (mechanical engineering/materials management/chemistry is an advantage)
•    At least 5 years of experience in production management, in a company with at least 500 employees
•    Several years of experience in LEAN and project management
•    Knowledge of the 6 sigma principle and experience in its practical implementation
•    Fluent English language skills
•    Workability and excellent communication skills
