Production Area Supervisor

Your tasks will be:

• Responsibility for production organization and site management in the assigned area (like mixing, welding, coating, winding, pressing, etc.) of the battery cell plant;
• Ensuring that all operational indicators of quality, safety, delivery and costs are achieving target goals;
• Organizing and controlling the manufacturing processes from ramp-up to serial production in the assigned area;
• Checking and verifying the translation of production related process documents before creating SOPs;
• Responsibility for implementing the training plan for area employees;
• Analysis of the cost consumption, and formulate cost control measures;
• Participating in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction;
• Represent safety systems, carry out regular safety inspections, and prevent the occurrence of safety incidents.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical engineering);
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing;
• At least 2 years experience in people leader role;
• Good English language skills and native Hungarian;
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, collaboration and leadership skills;
• Good communication skills, fast learning ability, solution-oriented, capable to work in a stressed situation, acknowledge the company's value, team-work spirited.
