Process Quality Technician (Cell)

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Assisting process quality engineers in solving process quality issues, tracking, and containing abnormal products;
•    Participating in new production line launches, project transitions, and new equipment qualifications;
•    Monitoring key SPC data during the process, identifying failure modes, and initiating corrective actions with relevant departments;
•    Supporting knowledge transfer activities related to CTQ requirements;
•    Carrying out battery cell tear-downs, recording results, and reporting abnormalities to the supervisor while promoting analysis and improvements;
•    Managing and delivering samples for cell battery PV & ORT tests;
•    Completing other tasks assigned by the engineer or supervisor.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma;
•    Basic knowledge of process and process quality improvement;
•    Proficiency in quality tools like QC7 techniques and 8D analysis is preferred;
•    Good communication skills and proficient use of office software;
•    At least 1 year of working experience in industrial process quality management;
•    Ability to work in Hungarian;
•    Clear logical thinking and strong execution ability.
