Process Quality Control Engineer

PQC Engineer

Your tasks will be:
•    Lead process quality data analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Develop early warning systems and preventive actions for systemic quality issues.
•    Resolve on-site problems and promote digitalization of quality systems.
•    Manage first article inspections, AM projects, and non-conforming products.
•    Oversee factory and equipment acceptance, qualification, and issue resolution.
•    Evaluate proposed changes, approving only those adding value.
•    Analyze real-time data to support intelligent quality solutions.
•    Coordinate with central PQC for AI integration and scenario planning.
•    Lead monitoring of process and product characteristics.
•    Implement effective quality control systems and address feedback.
•    Identify quality and safety risks, ensuring compliance with control points.
•    Support key project improvements, customer complaints, and safety issue handling.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product quality and satisfaction.
•    Ensure alignment with corporate KPIs and management standards.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Science, or Engineering-related fields;
•    Proficient in quality tools such as QC7 techniques and 8D analysis methods;
•    Familiar with VDA 6.3 and 6.5 requirements;
•    Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred;
•    Good communication and expression skills, proficiency in office software;
•    Over 2 years of experience in process quality;
•    Able to work in both Hungarian and English;
•    Clear logical thinking and strong execution ability.
