CATL is building its second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market even more efficiently and to develop its international production network.

Your tasks will be:

•    Lead process site problem solving and provide production efficiency improvements.
•    Responsible for the FTY&YU (First Time Yield & Yield Utility).
•    Support and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve team tasks and goals
•    Responsible for new line/project switching and new equipment qualification
•    Distribute and maintain standard documents such as Control Plan, SOP, Engineering Notice Waiver, Work Instruction, and Process Flow Chart.
•    Maintain Process Lifecycle Management System, MES and SAP systems related to PE in production line.

What we expect from you:

•    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
•    At least a year of experience in process engineering or a related field;
•    Fluency in English and Hungarian;
•    Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices;
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with various departments;
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
•    Familiarity with PLM, MES, SAP systems is an advantage.
