What tasks await you?

  • Ensures comprehensive and accurate processing of payroll and social security administration in timely manner
  • Preparation of payroll-related tax and statistical reports (NAV, KSH)
  • Performing social security payment tasks, completing related data reporting
  • Completion of pension and health insurance fund data reporting
  • Up-to-date management of labor records
  • Administration related to establishing and termination of employment
  • Issuing employer certificates, managing garnishments
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees with payroll-related questions and resolve their pay-related inquiries
  • Compliance with legislation, regulations and policies

 

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • Qualification in Payroll and/or Social Security Administration
  • BSc in Business Administration or Finance, Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven working experience in payroll and social security administration
  • Proficiency with NEXON payroll processing software
  • Hands-on experience with payroll practices and compensation cycle management
  • Familiarity with payroll calculation of various types of incentives and benefits
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor legislation, labor rules and regulations 
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and HR databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Hungarian and English
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • High attention to details and accuracy
  • Confidentiality and discretion handling sensitive information
  • Team spirit
