What tasks await you?

• Participate in the analysis of production line quality issues, verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, and ensure proper closure;
• Stop machines and production lines in accordance with defined stop rules and contain risk products to prevent delivery to customers;
• Take responsibility for line release activities after issue resolution;
• Prepare quality-related documents, first article SOPs, error-proofing instructions, and visual inspection standards (VPS), and provide training to operators;
• Perform product tear-downs at defined intervals to identify assembly issues, manage findings, and ensure proper closure;
• Handle and close SPC alarm-related issues;
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Hold a relevant vocational qualification or higher education degree;
• Have at least 1 year of experience in process quality management or laboratory management;
• Use Microsoft Office applications confidently;
• Possess good communication skills and a structured working approach;
• Have Hungarian language proficiency;
• Are willing to work in Debrecen and commit to a multi-shift work schedule.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment;
• Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies;
• Experience in automotive or battery industry quality processes.
