Your tasks will be:
• Handle equipment failure, efficiency improvement, upgrading, replacement, and training for product lines.
• Enhance safety, quality, energy-saving, and equipment stability, ensuring high operational KPIs.
• Develop and implement TPM standards, including daily and preventive maintenance, and optimize maintenance costs.
• Create, execute, and monitor equipment maintenance plans and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct failure analysis, identify risks, and achieve departmental KPIs.
• Manage equipment data, maintenance records, and technical parameter analysis.
• Train and manage technicians, improving production line maintenance skills.
• Review and support new equipment development for safety, reliability, and quality compliance.
What we expect from you:
• Proficiency in mechanical design, material selection, and mechanical principles (hydraulic/pneumatic systems).
• Skills in machining processes, assembly, testing, and softwares such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E, or Catia.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and logical thinking abilities.
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills.
• Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience; familiarity with lean production and resource allocation.
