MSA Technician
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing Measurement System Analysis (MSA) according to documentation (CP) and customer requirements;
• Completing tasks assigned by engineers;
• Learning the equipment verification methods for each process, conducting MSA based on six characteristics using Minitab software, and maintaining the SAP system;
• Developing effective MSA plans for new methods and equipment;
• Systematically analyzing team-related issues and proposing improvement suggestions from both process and system perspectives;
• Proposing improvements for MSA verification methods;
• Managing standard benchmarks, summarizing experiences, and ensuring knowledge transfer;
• Timely reporting and follow-up of abnormalities;
• Handling customer audits and developing effective improvement plans when issues arise.
Requirements:
• At least a secondary-level education;
• Proficiency in using quality tools such as QC7 techniques and 8D analysis methods;
• Familiarity with VDA 6.3 and 6.5 requirements;
• Strong communication and expression skills, proficiency in office softwares;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in quality management or laboratory management;
• English language skills are a strong advantage but not mandatory;
• Clear logical thinking and strong execution ability.
