Material Quality Control Technician

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Performing measurement activities (dimensional measurement, metrological calibration, metallographic testing) in accordance with the relevant requirements, as well as QSP/QSI, WM/SOP, and other documentation;
•    Training new colleagues according to the job requirements;
•    Identifying irregularities, reporting them using the 5W2H method, and supporting external improvement activities;
•    Identifying and correcting internally arising defects;
•    Managing standard benchmarks and their transfer;
•    Independently responding to internal audits and resolving audit-related issues;
•    Maintaining the 5S system of the inspection room, and carrying out maintenance and cleaning tasks.

What we expect from you:
•    Relevant vocational qualification or higher education in related fields such as mechanics, chemistry, materials science, or industry;
•    At least 1 year of experience in process quality management or laboratory management;
•    Strong knowledge of quality tools such as QC7 techniques and 8D analysis methods;
•    Familiarity with VDA 6.3 and 6.5 requirements;
•    Proficient use of Microsoft Office software;
•    Good communication skills;
•    Willingness to work in Debrecen;
•    Willingness to work in multi-shift schedules.
