Your tasks will be:
• Update and maintain the standard manpower allocation for the production related departments of the company.
• Support blue collar worker’s promotions processes, such as monitor training plan fulfilment statuses, collect data from performance reviews and evaluations.
• Monitor daily attendance and working hours according to tiered manpower standards.
• Calculate manpower requirements, discuss with HR to organize recruitment, and follow up on recruitment progress.
• Collect data, analyze, and report improvement activities tracking regarding overtime, absence, fluctuation, sickness leave, etc.
• Supporting HR recruitment team in developing interview process, onboarding and other processes.
• Following and documenting the process of cross department workforce allocation.
What we expect from you:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a large manufacturing enterprise.
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting operation.
• Fluent Chinese and English skills.
• Strong problem solving and good communication skills.
• User level of MS office
