What tasks await you?

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve equipment management systems, maintenance standards, procedures, and TPM activities to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation;
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans, supervise daily equipment operation, lead troubleshooting activities, and drive continuous reliability improvements;
• Maintain equipment documentation and technical records, analyze equipment performance and maintenance costs, and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives to support operational KPIs;
• Support the installation, commissioning, optimization, and continuous improvement of production equipment and intelligent manufacturing systems while providing technical training to operators and maintenance personnel.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in equipment development, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering, preferably within an automated production environment;
• Possess programming and troubleshooting capabilities with at least two mainstream PLC platforms (such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, or Keyence), and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrate good leadership, teamwork, reporting, and cross-functional communication abilities, with fluent English and Hungarian language skills.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience in intelligent manufacturing, Industry 4.0, battery, automotive, electronics, or other high-volume manufacturing industries;
• Knowledge of programming languages (C language, LabVIEW), CCD vision systems, TPM, lean manufacturing, or energy management.
