Your tasks will be:

• Manage the company’s procurement activities, including sourcing, bidding, order placement, and delivery coordination;
• Conduct market research for assigned categories, develop procurement strategies based on business needs, and ensure effective implementation;
• Perform independent cost analysis and procurement management; regularly review procurement reports, optimize cost structures, and support company cost-reduction goals;
• Oversee supplier relationship management, including supplier selection and evaluation, qualification and contract management, performance monitoring, supply chain coordination, risk management, and supplier development;
• Coordinate and resolve operational issues and exceptions; lead the development and improvement of procurement processes and business rules when required.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service procurement;
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills, analytical mindset, execution ability, and capacity to work under pressure with high professional ethics;
• Fluent English skills;
• Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.
