What tasks await you?

  • Full coordination, supervision and motivation of the shift;
  • Carrying out documentation processes related to warehouse logistics;
  • Liaising with other departments;
  • Investigating and coordinating the resolution of problems arising in the supply of warehouse logistics and production;
  • Complying with and enforcing work instructions and work safety rules;
  • Preparing reports on the logistical and quality results achieved during the shift, escalating in case of non-compliance;
  • Maintaining work order (5S);
  • Selection, training and continuous development of new employees (skills and replacement matrix).

 

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • English language skills;
  • Secondary education (vocational school, secondary vocational school, high school);
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a warehouse environment;
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing standards and 5S;
  • Computer skills at a user level;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Monotony tolerance, stress tolerance;
  • Rule following and proactive mindset;
  • Ability to work multiple shifts (12-hour shifts) and stand-alone;
  • Ability to work in Debrecen.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an automotive logistics environment;
  • SAP knowledge.
