Learning and Development Specialist

Your tasks will be:
- Designing and implementing learning strategies and development programs;
- Serving as the main point of contact for managers on all Learning & Development (L&D) matters;
- Ensuring compliance with company L&D policies and implementing necessary updates;
- Overseeing and coordinating onboarding training for new employees;
- Conducting annual assessments of training and development needs;
- Managing, tracking, and controlling the L&D budget;
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality and effectiveness of all training initiatives;
- Managing and supervising communication and collaboration with partner institutions, including vocational schools and universities.
- Developing and implementing a competence management system;
- Creating and maintaining an effective performance management system to motivate and retain employees.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years (or more) of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
- Familiarity with various multimedia training tools, platforms, and methods.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, and other HR management softwares.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- Skilled in SAP SF, HCM & LMS;
- Experience in greenfield investment.
