Lean Specialist

Your tasks will be:
•    Audit the factory's Lean processes and 5S compliance;
•    Report problems identified and help define corrective actions and monitor the progress;
•    Monitor the compliance of labels and markings in the factory area and assist the associate departments in maintaining them at the appropriate level;
•    Participate in conducting audits with the QA and EHS department;
•    During customer audits, assist the departments in preparing for the audit;
•    Manage the collection of improvement ideas, participate in their evaluation and reporting, inspire colleagues to submit improvement ideas and support during the implementation;
•    Help raise the Lean awareness level of the factory;

What we expect from you:
•    A university degree in engineering or 3 years of experience in Lean in addition to an intermediate technical degree
•    Basic English knowledge;
•    Knowledge of Lean principles and 5S standards;
•    Computer skills at user level;
•    Collaboration in a team environment;
•    Good communication skills;
•    Rule following and proactive mindset;
•    Native Hungarian;
•    Ability to work in Debrecen.

An advantage:
•    Experience in the automotive industry;
•    Auditor experience (ISO, VDA, etc.)
•    Experience in clean room/ESD production.
