What tasks await you?

  • Coordinate and supervise the implementation of CATL factory standardization system;
  • Responsible for Key Performance Indicator system operation and suggest actions and work together with other departments to improve indicators;
  • Develop and day-to-day monitor the factory visual management system, including support for KPI visualization;
  • Lead or support the Industrial 4.0 Smart Factory initiatives implementation (automation, digitalization, paperless factory and other projects) with local departments and global functions;
  • Responsible for the operation and improvement of the digitalized Operation Management System;
  • Coordinates 5S, QRQC, CIP actions and process improvement suggestions implementation and responsible for the preparation of related reports;
  • Provide Lean and Continuous Improvement training and coaching based on CATL standards.

 

You are the perfect candidate if:

  • You have a University degree or higher education plus relevant technical experience;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial environment;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Minimum medium knowledge level of Lean methods and 5S;
  • Good data analysis, problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work both in a team or individual on various projects;
  • Rule following and proactive mindset;
  • Ability to work in Debrecen.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • Experience in the automotive industry;
  • Knowledge of ERP/MES systems and Industry 4.0 tools;
  • Chinese language skills.
