What tasks await you?

  • Attending on KPI related meetings;
  • Form KPI rules according to requirements; confirm the effectiveness of implementation;
  • Collect departments KPI related requirements and prepare new indicators for specific needs;
  • Contribute in standard KPI ecosystem establishment with the help of the already existing and newly developed IT systems, track the progress   and confirming effectiveness of implementation;
  • Support the visualization of factory core KPIs;
  • Manage KPI related projects, including pre-planning, task allocation, coordination, implementation, progress follow-up, project improvement, completion and acceptance;
  • Support KPI team daily job.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (Engineering, Lean Management, etc.);
  • At least two years of working experience in a relevant role in production;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong reporting skills;
  • Strong cross-departmental communication skills;
  • Understanding of production systems such as MES, SAP, ERP;
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian languages;
  • Ability to work in Debrecen.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • Experience in SAP implementation;
  • Fluent Chinese or Hungarian language skills.
