KPI Technician
Your tasks will be:
- Capacity and achievement rate monitoring, capture capacity data and check the accuracy of it, query and update the data of production line, report to supervisor;
- Control costs, keep cost data up to date and estimate costs on a weekly, and work together with financial department to determine accuracy rate;
- Collect and update different data, such as achievements, rates, costs, monitoring issues, workshop qualities, etc. and create daily, weekly, monthly trackers and presentations.
- Attend KPI related meetings and form KPI rules according to production requirements, and confirm the effectiveness of implementation;
- Lead and contribute loss management activities.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Proven experience in lean production and data analysis;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office softwares;
- Fluent English and Hungarian.
