Industrial Engineering Manager

Your tasks will be:

• Lead factory capacity planning, management, and upgrades.
• Coordinate efficiency improvements, KPI indicator implementation, and promotion.
• Oversee digital planning and lean production implementation, training, and culture promotion.
• Manage manpower allocation, working hours, analysis, and production efficiency.
• Lead chain production, equipment preparation, quick change improvement, and cost reduction.
• Standardize production line equipment and layout, monitor and improve systems.
• Manage plant engineering, CAPEX, overall planning, asset and handling management, and cost improvement projects.
• Implement and optimize production line logistics, conduct VSM analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Schedule and optimize base resources in each link.
• Control costs, reduce expenses, and improve efficiency.
• Plan new production line implementation.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering fields.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in industrial engineering and lean production, with at least 3 years in team management. 
• Proficiency in industrial engineering, lean production, logistics planning, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.
