Industrial Engineer

Your tasks will be:

• Lead efforts within the factory to optimize manpower, enhance production processes, improve layout and industrial engineering techniques;
• Drive capacity enhancement initiatives and oversee system implementations;
• Support manufacturing cost reduction, identify waste, and ensure ergonomic practices;
• Coordinate production activities related to cable products, including cutting, pulling, and changeovers. Conduct analysis of capacity and production efficiency, promote and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and implement improvements;
• Oversee the standardization of production line equipment, fixtures, and auxiliary facilities. Plan and allocate resources according to future production capacity demands;
• Implement lean production methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), visualization, 5S, and continuous improvement practices;
• Lead factory planning, project follow-up, and resource allocation for the Debrecen facility;
• Provide overseas industrial engineering training and manage localization and knowledge transfer initiatives.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or automation;
• Proficiency in battery processes, equipment, and improvement methodologies,
• Familiarity with new plant and production line construction, equipment, mass production introduction, and cross-departmental resource coordination;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including experience in team and project management;
• Proficiency in English reading and writing skills;
• Ability to work in Debrecen.
