ISD Specialist

 

Internal Services Specialist (visa, workpermit, organisation, expat management)

 

We are looking for a motivated new colleague to join the Internal Services Department.

You will be responsible for the implementation of all relevant support issues of our seconded employees e.g. employment authorization procedures: applying for work permits and tracking the entire process, extending permits, applying for bank accounts, address and insurance registrations. You will also support the seconding staff with their integration on-site and be a trustworthy contact for them in case of any issues.

In this role you will work closely together with the ISD Coordinator on implementing procedures and processes, serving internal customers and continuously improve our services.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate expats’ applications for work visas and track the entire process;
  • Handle permit extensions;
  • Coordinate a variety of complex situations arising from mobility, relocation, immigration and expatriates’ employment authorization procedures;
  • Coordinate bank account applications;
  • Organize address and insurance registrations;
  • Keep contact with external partners and authorities, mainly but not only with Immigration Office, Hungarian Consulates and the Ministry of Human Resources and the Government Employment Agency;
  • Process issues in connection with business trips and postings;
  • Participate in different, ISD related projects and tasks, support in cross-team projects.

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in HR Management, Government Administration or Law;
  • Proven work experience with work permit authorizations and expat management;
  • Knowledge of mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies;
  • Sound knowledge of legislations in relation to employment authorization, work and residence permits;
  • Native level verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and Hungarian; English is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as HRM softwares; SAP modules are preferred;
  • Experience in project management and implementing IS procedures is highly preferred;
  • Excellent team player;

  • Able to comprehend complex rules and situations and ability to navigate through them effectively while also focusing on compliance;
  • Excellent organizing skills;
  • Structured working style, ability to multitask.
