What tasks await you?
- Coordinate expats’ applications for work visas and track the entire process;
- Handle permit extensions;
- Coordinate a variety of complex situations arising from mobility, relocation, immigration and expatriates’ employment authorization procedures;
- Coordinate bank account applications;
- Organize address and insurance registrations;
- Keep contact with external partners and authorities, mainly but not only with Immigration Office, Hungarian Consulates and the Ministry of Human Resources and the Government Employment Agency;
- Process issues in connection with business trips and postings;
- Participate in different, ISD related projects and tasks, support in cross-team projects.
You are the perfect candidate if:
- You posess at least BSc degree in HR Management, Government Administration or Law;
- You have proven work experience with work permit authorizations and expat management;
- You have knowledge of mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies;
- You have sound knowledge of legislations in relation to employment authorization, work and residence permits;
- Native level verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
- Are you proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as HRM softwares; SAP modules are preferred;
- You have experience in project management and implementing IS procedures is highly preferred;
- You are an excellent team player;
- You are customer focused;
- Are you able to comprehend complex rules and situations and ability to navigate through them effectively while also focusing on compliance;
- You have excellent organizing skills;
- You represent a structured working style and you have ability to multitask.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- Experience in the battery, chemical or automotive industry or equivalent experience;
- Hungarian language knowledge.
