What tasks await you?

• Perform incoming inspections according to documentation and ensure accurate test data.
• Coordinate testing activities, identify anomalies, and follow up corrective actions.
• Support project quality control, measurement system stability, and continuous improvement.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have relevant vocational qualification or higher education (mechanics, chemistry, materials, industry).
• Have at least 1 year of experience in process quality or laboratory management.
• Can work 12 hour shifts, both day and night.
• Are familiar with quality tools (QC7, 8D) and VDA 6.3 / 6.5 standards.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Experience in training new employees and knowledge sharing.
• Strong analytical mindset and process improvement orientation.
• English language proficiency.
