What tasks await you?

• Operation, maintenance and repair of building services systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, water and sewage systems);
• Carrying out regular checks in accordance with technical specifications;
• Diagnosing faults and repairing them quickly and professionally;
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks;
• Preparing and updating documentation;
• Compliance with health and safety standards.
  
  

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

• A technical or vocational qualification in civil engineering;
• Can interpret technical drawings and plans;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Professional experience;
• Category B driving license;
• Knowledge of English on an intermediate level;
• VBF qualification;
• FAM qualification.
