What tasks await you?

• Operating, maintaining, and repairing building services systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, water, and sewage systems);
• Performing regular checks in accordance with technical specifications;
• Diagnosing faults and resolving them quickly and professionally;
• Carrying out preventive maintenance work;
• Preparing and updating documentation;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have a technical or vocational qualification in civil engineering;
• Can interpret technical drawings and plans;
• Possess good problem-solving skills and accuracy;
• Are able to work independently as well as in a team.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Professional experience;
• A category B driving licence;
• Knowledge of English;
• A VBF qualification;
• A FAM qualification.
