What tasks await you?
- Gathering, analysing and integrating the different HR IT system usage needs within the HR department;
- Implementation and support of HR IT system projects;
- Monitor system updates, manage and test basic configuration changes in the system and revise new releases, also advise on adaptation;
- Trouble-shoot & manage data quality related issues;
- Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and coordinate external providers;
- Share knowledge and support the HR teams with any SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems related questions;
- Set up and maintain of training portfolio structure in connection with HR systems;
- Support system users and local teams;
- Documentation of services and concepts;
- Actively participate in service delivery through various channels such as ticketing systems, email, telephone, chat.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
- College or University degree in HR or IT related field;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with HR systems (in connection with recruitment, organizational development, time management, performance appraisal, training, payroll);
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Learning Management Systems and other Human Resource Management softwares;
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and processes;
- Labour law and IT process management knowledge;
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills;
- Analytical, problem-solving attitude and intercultural competence;
- Works well with teams;
- Good time-management skills;
- Working in Debrecen.
It’s an advantage if you have the followings:
- Knowledge of SAP Human Capital Management and payroll process;
- Knowledge in further SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- German language skills;
- Experience in process and/or quality management.
