CATL is building its second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market even more efficiently and to develop its international production network.

Your tasks will be:
 

• Create job posts;
• Source and screen candidates;
• Maintain candidate trackers;
• Keep contact with candidates and hiring managers;
• Create reports on recruitment activities;
• Organize interviews

What we expect from you:

• On-going BSc or MSc studies in Economics, Business, Psychology, Community Organization or other related fields;
• Commitment to work at least 30-40 hours per week in Debrecen;
• Have a precise and punctual working attitude, ability to multitask;
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills.
