What tasks await you?

• Accurately register and process invoices in the system;
• Ensure invoices are complete and comply with company policies;
• Support the finance team in reconciling records and resolving discrepancies;
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation;
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

• Ongoing BSc or MSc studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business;
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken;
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week onsite in Debrecen;
• Proficieny in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook;
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
