Final Quality Control Engineer

Your tasks will be:

• Manage daily QC team operations, improve team management abilities and skills.

• Improve process measurement accuracy and drive process improvements.

• Identify and resolve quality issues related to incoming materials and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Optimize FQC/OQC/Q-gate inspection processes, improve inspection accuracy, and implement closed-loop measures.

• Investigate customer complaints, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, material engineering, chemical engineering, or other related fields.

• Mastery of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FEMEA, MSA, SPC) and familiarity with quality audits and 8D analysis.

• Proficiency in Office software and Minitab/JMP analysis tools; knowledge of ISO 17025, MSA, and Six Sigma methodologies.

• At least 3 years of management experience, with 2 years in quality management roles.

• Strong learning mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.

An advantage:
