What tasks await you?

• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of building services systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply).
• Checking and repairing electrical systems.
• Performing energy management tasks, ensuring energy efficiency.
• Active participation in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
• Troubleshooting faults and breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and maintenance of documentation.
  
  

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have a technical or vocational qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering;
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Are familiar with inspecting and repairing electrical systems to ensure they run smoothly;
• Are quick to identify and resolve faults and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption;
• Can actively contribute to the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans;
• You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  
  

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Category B driving license;
• Knowledge of English on an intermediate level;
• VBF qualification;
• FAM qualification.
