What tasks await you?

  • Develop standard operating procedures for utility systems (compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, natural gas, RO water, etc.);
  • Define and set optimal parameters, develop standard procedures for handling equipment failures and downtime;
  • heck routine test results and meter readings;
  • Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting based on energy management system data;
  • Ensure rooms meet temperature, humidity, and environmental requirements;
  • Provide troubleshooting solutions for on-site issues, identify potential causes;
  • Collaborate with engineers to analyze power consumption of responsible systems, develop energy consumption forecasting models, and prepare energy consumption budgets. Actively promote energy savings and emission reduction, develop energy-saving measures, and prepare reports on energy savings and consumption reduction;
  • Provide support for facility safety, energy saving, and quality management system certification, and develop system audit documents for the department;
  • Provide on-site support for technicians when needed;
  • Optimize spare parts management and oversee this process;
  • Participate in technician selection;
  • Provide professional training for facility technicians.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • Hold a higher education degree in facility engineering or a related field;
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in this or a similar field;
  • Experienced in using AutoCAD;
  • Possess good knowledge of both English and Hungarian;
  • Willing to work in Debrecen.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • Experience in energy efficiency optimization;
  • Experience in battery manufacturing.
