The main tasks of the Facilities Technician are the operation, maintenance and repair of buildings and technical systems. You will monitor and optimise heating, cooling, ventilation, water and electrical systems, ensuring their continuous operation. Supervises energy management and intervenes rapidly in the event of faults. Participates in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans, complies with health and safety regulations and documents work.
Your tasks will be:
- Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of building services systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply).
- Checking and repairing electrical systems.
- Performing energy management tasks, ensuring energy efficiency.
- Active participation in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
- Troubleshooting faults and breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
- Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and maintenance of documentation.
What we expect from you:
- Mechanical and electrical engineering qualifications.
