What tasks await you?
- You will be responsible for leading the factory system (220KV substation, 10KV power supply and distribution, 400/380V user terminals UPS, power supply and distribution facilities. Make standard operating procedures and guide on-site operations; (including GIS equipment, oil-immersed transformers, medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, dry-type transformers, medium- and low-voltage cables and other major equipment);
- Cooperate with contractors to interface with power supply companies for project declaration, inspection and power delivery;
- Participate the commissioning of electricity system, and other electrical related systems (the fire alarm system not included), check and acceptance of the systems above;
- Maintaining power supply system, grounding and lighting systems;
- According to the needs of user departments, carry out modification and improvement of on-site facilities to meet the requirements of safe and stable operation, or according to local regulation update requirement. Planning, installation, operation, commissioning management, maintenance, etc. for the CAPEX project;
- Develop, evaluate, construction and acceptance of electrical equipment modification plans;
- Develop standard operating procedures for lighting, power supply system, as well as parameter normal value settings and provide guidance to technicians for on-site operations;
- Formulate the list of spare parts and consumables required for equipment maintenance and optimize spare parts management. Audit the purchasing requirements of work tools proposed by technicians;
- Regular calibration of various instruments and power supply systems to ensure the stable power supply. Statistics, analysis, prediction and optimization of system operation data, to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system within the scope, leading the technicians to complete the KPIs;
- Provide professional troubleshooting solutions for on-site operational/alarm problems, list the possible causes of failure and the basis for determination, and formulate standard handling procedures for equipment alarms and downtime. In the event that the technician is unable to deal with the situation, arrive at the site to deal with equipment downtime;
- Participate recruitment for technicians related to the responsible systems, and provide professional skills training and job evaluation for on-site technicians;
- Provide RFQ for 3rd part supplier tendering, in charge of the supplier interview and technical evaluation;
- Assist with facility safety, energy saving and quality system certification, and improve the system audit documents of the department.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Own qualifications authorizing you to manage electrical substations;
- Have experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems (minimum 3 years);
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a large company in design, implementation, and project coordination;
- Have good knowledge of both English and Hungarian languages;
- Possess leadership skills and experience in managing small teams;
- Professionalism, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
